Booking & Cancellations

Class booking & Cancellation Policies

Class Bookings:

The best way to register for any scheduled class is on fauxmasters.com by filling out the appropriate deposit for the desired class, or you may also register by calling 1-888-977-FAUX. A 50% deposit of the total class fee is required to hold your seat. Class balance is due upon arrival. Classes are available on a first come, first served basis. Due to limitation of class sizes, early enrollment is encouraged. Registration is not complete until we have received a deposit.

Class Cancellations:

More than 4 weeks notice:

In the event a student cancels with more than 4 weeks notice, deposits less a $50.00 administration fee will be refunded.

Cancellations 2-4 weeks notice:

In the event a student cancels between 2-4 weeks prior to the start of a class, deposits less a $100.00 administration and material fee will be refunded.

Less than 2 weeks notice:

In the event a student cancels with less than 2 weeks notice we require them to rollover their deposits, less a $100.00 administration fee, to a future course to be given within 12 months. If you do not attend another class within the specified time period, your deposit is forfeited. No cash refund will be given.

Faux Masters Studio reserves the right to cancel class due to low enrollment. If a class is cancelled (due to low enrollment), students have the option of transferring their deposit to another scheduled class or requesting a deposit refund.

Class Sample Boards:

Students will be responsible for taking their samples at the completion of class. However, shipping is available via UPS Ground at a flat “class rate” of $30.00 for the cost of packing and shipping. (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and outside the continental United States. Additional fees apply for express or expedited shipping) For those students using airlines to return home after class, we highly recommend utilizing this option due to changing rules and weight considerations for flying. Many of your samples are still drying and remain delicate. It is your responsibility to protect your samples if you choose to take them after class. Packaging supplies are available at the end of each class.
