| This course builds off our Furniture & Cabinetry Class sample collection. Using mixed mediums students will learn how to create wood toned finishes on painted surfaces without the artistic complexity of traditional wood graining.Students will replicate tones of Bleached Walnut,Faded Cherry, and European Walnut.Additional samples will include embellishments of ornate panels,using Faux Effects unique Custom Art transfer system and the new Modello System by Modello Designs.Other techniques will include an aged bronzed patina effect and a traditional,elegant,metallic finish. These new, advanced finishes will further develop and expand your already solid portfolio in a powerhouse of designer options. You don't need to be an artist or a carpenter to deliver these refined, sophisticated finishes.
